In ride 42 Harumi makes his debut alongside the other FFBS members, commanding a group of Foo Fighter enforcers in hunting down the upstart traitor, Yahagi Kyou. Harumi makes a reappearance in 47, defeating Tokura Misaki in the second national tournament elimination round, thereby forcing Aichi to take the field against BS' leader.

Universal Notes: Harumi's surname, like all FFBS members, contains the kanji for "beautiful." The second kanji in it is "south." The cardinal directions are a common component of Japanese surnames.
Decks and Playstyle
Harumi uses a Kagerou deck. His preferred vanguard is the Sealed Dragon, Blockade, which prevents opponents from intercepting, thereby allowing him to deal more damage per turn.
